AGREEMENT & RELEASE:
In consideration of permission to participate in and/or observe the MASTERS INTERNATIONAL SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP any activities related therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Masters" scheduled for August 7th - August 9th 2008, I hereby agree release as follows:

I hereby release the Masters Foundation, Inc., the Pike Adams Sportsmen's Alliance, Inc., the Quincy Convention & Visit Bureau, the Russell Metcalf Estate, and any other sponsor, contributor, or prize donor, and any or all of their directors, age officers, employees, members, and servants (hereinafter referred to as 'Masters Sponsors'), from all liability which may arise out of any theft, damage, injury, or death which I may sustain and any theft, unexplained disappearance, or damage which may befall any of property, or property accompanying me while en route to, during participation in, during the period of the Masters, or on route from Masters, or while on the premises where any of the Masters event social activities occurs.
I affirm that I have previously used firearms. I acknowledge I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating competitive shooting matches, and I acknowledge that I am aware, the hazards and risks inherent upon physical proximity to any shoo activity, specifically including, but not limited to: accidental discharge of firearms, mis-aiming of firearms, and ricochet or fragmentation firearms projectiles, resulting in possible physical injury including death; and loss of personal property through misplacement or theft, voluntarily assume all risks associated with or consequent participation in and observing of the Masters.
I further assume responsibility for all guests who accompany me or who are admitted to the premises as my guests, and I assume full liability and responsibility for any acts of myself or my guests, whether negligent, accident, or intentional, which give rise to any claim against the Masters Sponsors. I agree to comply personally with all of the rules, regulations and directions which may be given by representatives of the Masters Sponsors.
I further acknowledge the right of the Masters Sponsors to terminate my participation immediately upon any failure of mine, or my guests, to comply with all rules, regulations, and directions of Masters Sponsors.

I further understand and agree that my accommodations, meals, transportation, or other services, provided by third parties in connection with the Masters, are arranged as a courtesy to me that the Masters and the Masters Sponsors are not thereby assuming any responsibility. I agree and do hereby release the Masters and Masters Sponsors from any responsibility or liability in connection, any claims arising from such activities of third parties.
I further grant to the Masters the right to use my name likeness in any promotional materials for the Masters, and specifically authorize the Masters to present and use any television video, or I or interview that may be taken of me in any film or television vi production or print material that may be commissioned by the Masters for the specific purpose of promoting the Masters as an event.
I further state that I am not prohibited by any of the law regulations of the United States or any of its sub-divisions, territories or possessions from possessing firearms.
I further state that I have read the foregoing Participation Agreement and Release and I freely enter into it as testified by signature below, on behalf of myself and my distributes, heirs next of kin, executors and administrators.
This Participation Agreement and Release shall construed, and its validity determined, pursuant to the laws of State of Illinois. To the extent any provision or clause of Participation Agreement shall be held invalid by any court, invalidity of such provision or clause shall not affect the remainder of the Agreement which shall be construed and enforced as if the invalid provision or clause had not been contained in this Agreement.
